Congrats! You've sold your tour on Built Story. Now for the important question: How do I get paid? We've got you covered.
When your tours are purchased on Built Story, your revenue will be automatically added to your designated bank account via direct deposit.
You will be prompted to input your account details upon creating your account on Built Story.
PAYMENT DEPOSIT TIMEFRAME
Please note that the time frame from a tour purchase to a direct deposit payment onto your account may vary based on which smartphone device the tour taker uses to purchase your tour.
When users purchase tours through an iPhone, Apple will hold all revenue flow for up to 75 days, before releasing to Built Story. Once received, Built Story will work to pay tour-creators as quickly as possible.
When users purchase tours through an Android, however, this delay does not exist. Tour Creators will receive payment for tours sold to Android users in 3-5 business days.
UPDATING PAYMENT METHOD
You can update your designated deposit account at any time from your Creator Dashboard. To do so, follow the steps below.
1. Log into your account from BuiltStory.com.
2. From your account page, click on Business Information.
3. Next, you will see your account details along with your available balance. Click on the Edit button next to your bank details.
4. You will receive a verification code on your mobile device. Enter it into the provided field.
